Creating Your Own Reports
Use Nash's Analytics tab to generate custom reports for insights into your delivery operations.
Filtering Data
Focus on specific data with these filter options:
Select your preferences from the filter menus:
Date Range: Set the report's time period.
Date Grouping: Group data by day, week, or month.
City: Filter by operational locations.
Pickup Business Name: Highlight specific pickup locations.
Drop-off Business Name: Focus on particular dropoff locations.
Select Apply Filters to update the data.
Saving and Downloading Reports
Save your customized reports by:
Downloading:
Select the Download button next to the data section.
Receive a CSV file for use in Excel or Google Sheets.
Emailing:
Select the Share button in the filter bar.
Enter the recipient’s email and optional message.
Select Send to email the report.
Using Raw Data for Advanced Reports
For deeper analysis:
Scroll to the Raw Data section at the bottom of the Analytics tab.
Apply additional filters as needed.
Select Download to get a detailed CSV file with all relevant data points.
This is ideal for analyzing metrics not available in standard reports, such as delivery time anomalies.
Additional Insights
Leverage pre-built reports like Delivered Packages or Nash Reassigned Packages to complement your custom data analysis.
