Navigate Analytics in Nash Portal

The Nash portal comes with several pre-populated reports that provide valuable insights into your operations. This guide will walk you through accessing and using the analytics features.

Access the Analytics Section

  1. Select Analytics from the left-hand panel

  2. This will display all reporting options available within Nash

Filter Your Report Data

The filter option at the top of the page allows you to customize what data appears in your reports.

  1. Select the filter option at the top of the page

  2. Choose from various filter options:

    • Time range

    • Specific providers

    • Geographical location

    • Organizational names

    • Delivery modes

  3. Select Apply Filters

All pre-populated reports will now display data according to your selected filters.

View Pre-Populated Reports

Nash provides several standard reports to help you monitor your operations:

  • Deliveries completed in the last 7 days

  • Delivered packages over time

  • Reassignment rates

  • Cancellation rates

  • Many additional metrics

Access Custom Reports

If you need specific data not available in the pre-populated reports:

  1. Navigate to the Custom Reports area

  2. Speak with your Customer Success Manager about adding additional reports

This allows you to tailor the analytics to your specific business needs and get exactly the data you require.
