Dispatch Strategies automate provider selection based on your operational priorities, ensuring consistent delivery assignments aligned with business goals.

Start strategy creation

1. Go to Orchestrate > Dispatch Strategies menu

2. Select + Create New Strategy

3. Enter a clear, descriptive strategy name

Configure provider selection

1. Select your Internal Fleet and any external providers

2. Choose Manual Ranking for the selection strategy

3. Position your fleet Driver Groups at the top for First Right of Refusal (ROFR)

Enable workflows features

1. Turn on Auto-Dispatch on Creation to automatically assign deliveries

2. Configure Auto-Reassign settings for failed assignments

3. Review all settings

4. Select Save
