Brand your tracking page
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Make the public tracking page look like yours: your logo, your brand color, your language, and links to your website and social accounts. These settings live in Engage ▸ Tracking Customization. For the page overview and how to save, see customize your tracking page.
Note
This is the customer-facing tracking page. The logo and brand color for the operator portal your own team signs into are a separate setting under your organization's Settings — changing one does not change the other.
Logo and brand color
On the editor sidebar, open the Appearance tab.
- Logo — "Upload a logo to be displayed on the tracking page." Upload your logo image; a preview appears, and you can remove it with the X. This logo is specific to the tracking page.
- Brand Color — "Sets the color of the header on your tracking page." Pick a color with the color picker or type a hex value. It colors the header band at the top of the page only; the delivery progress bar and the event timeline always show in green, whatever brand color you choose.
The left preview updates as you change these, so you can see the result before saving.
Language
On the Page tab, set Language — "This language will be used for the delivery tracking page." This is the language your customers see by default.
If you want customers to be able to switch languages themselves, turn on Language Selector in Configure Sections, on the During delivery tab (see tracking page components reference).
Footer and social links
Select the During delivery tab at the top of the screen — the footer settings appear only there. Then, on the sidebar's Page tab, open Footer. Under Social Media — "Add your social media links to your footer" — add the details shown at the bottom of the tracking page:
- Business Name
- Website URL — must start with
https://. - Support URL — a link to your own support page; must start with
https://. When it's set, the tracking page shows a Need Help? button that opens it, with the order's ID attached to the link. - Instagram Handle, Facebook Handle, Twitter Handle, TikTok Handle — enter the handle only, not a full URL. A URL is rejected with a validation error asking you to use the handle, not a URL.
See the tracking page components reference for the full footer field table.
Powered-by branding
The footer also has a Powered by toggle that shows or hides the Powered-by branding at the bottom of the page. Turning it off is a premium option — if the switch isn't editable for your account, reach out to Nash.
Save
Select Save and confirm the change list in the Save tracking page changes? dialog. Nothing goes live to customers until you confirm — see customize your tracking page.
