Tracking page components reference

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Every toggle and field on the Tracking Customization page — the sections and details on the Delivery tab, and the form settings on the Feedback tab — and what each one shows the customer. For the job walkthrough — where the page lives and how to save — see customize your tracking page.

Each control is a switch or text field on the editor sidebar; the effect described is what appears on the customer's public tracking page. Because the customer page is rendered by Nash from live delivery data, this reference states the client-side truth (the label, the control, its default) and describes the intended customer-visible effect.

Configure Sections

Under Configure Sections, the Tracking Components switches — "Show or hide details on the tracking page." Each switch shows or hides one section or detail on the customer's page.

Component Default What the customer sees
Map On A map with the delivery on it.
Pickup Location On The pickup location's info and its pin on the map.
Dropoff Location On The dropoff location's info and its pin on the map.
Dropoff ETA On The estimated arrival time at the dropoff.
Proof of Delivery On The proof of delivery (POD) once the delivery is complete.
Driver Location On The driver's live location while the delivery is in progress.
Driver Location After Delivery Off Keeps the driver's last known location visible after the delivery is complete.
Driver Information On The driver's info.
Provider Information Off The delivery provider's info. Disabled unless Driver Information is on (see note below).
Package External ID Off The package's external ID.
Package Reference ID Off The package's reference ID.
Recipient Last Name On The recipient's last name.
Recipient Phone Number On The recipient's phone number.
Organization Name On Your organization name on the tracking link.
Event Timeline Off A timeline of delivery events with timestamps.
Language Selector Off A control letting the customer change the tracking page language.

Important

Provider Information depends on Driver Information. The Provider Information switch stays disabled until Driver Information is on. If you want to show provider info, turn on Driver Information first.

Important

Recipient details are shown by default. Recipient Last Name, Recipient Phone Number, and Organization Name default to On, so the recipient's last name and phone number appear on the tracking page unless you turn them off. Review these if you want to limit what personal detail is visible.

Customer-editable fields

These two switches let the customer change their own delivery details from the tracking page.

Component Default What the customer sees
Edit Delivery Address Off Lets the customer edit the delivery address.
Edit Phone Number Off Lets the customer update their phone number.

Note

Edit Delivery Address and Edit Phone Number are beta features. Reach out to Nash if you'd like early access.

Premium Features

The Premium Features block lists Delivery Status and AI Tracking Agent. These are not self-serve — the switches are read-only for most accounts, with a prompt to contact support. To enable a premium feature, reach out to Nash.

Footer

Under Footer, the Social Media inputs — "Add your social media links to your footer." These add contact and social details to the bottom of the tracking page.

Field Control What it does
Business Name Text Your business name, shown in the footer.
Website URL Text A link to your website. Must start with https://.
Instagram Handle Text Your Instagram handle — the handle only, not a full URL.
Facebook Handle Text Your Facebook handle — the handle only, not a full URL.
Twitter Handle Text Your Twitter handle — the handle only, not a full URL.
TikTok Handle Text Your TikTok handle — the handle only, not a full URL.

Enter the handle by itself for the social fields. A full URL is rejected with a validation error asking you to use the handle, not a URL.

The footer also has a Powered by branding toggle — see brand your tracking page.

Feedback tab

The Feedback tab customizes the post-delivery feedback form the customer sees. For the walkthrough, see collect delivery feedback.

Setting Control Default What it does
Custom Title Text Blank, shown as "How was your experience?" The heading on the feedback form.
Thumbs Up/Down Ordering Select Thumbs Up First Whether the positive or negative option shows first — Thumbs Up First or Thumbs Down First.
Positive Feedback Options Options list A set of defaults Quick-response choices offered when a customer gives positive feedback. Up to 5; edit or replace the defaults.
Negative Feedback Options Options list A set of defaults Quick-response choices offered when a customer gives negative feedback. Up to 5; edit or replace the defaults.
