Find end-customer details

The full details page breaks out where a delivery starts and where it's going under Location Details — a Pickup Details card for the origin, and a Dropoff Details card for the recipient. The Dropoff Details card is where you'll find everything about the end customer.

What's in Dropoff Details

• The dropoff window the delivery is expected in.
• The recipient's business name and point of contact.
• Their address — if the address Nash used differs from what was originally provided, a tooltip shows the raw provided address so you can compare.
• Email and a clickable phone number, so you can reach the recipient directly.
• Instructions — any dropoff or delivery notes for the courier. On the full details page, these are editable if you have permission to update them.

Why it's separate from Pickup Details

Pickup Details holds the same kind of information for the delivery's origin — useful when you need to check where a delivery came from rather than where it's headed. Both cards live side by side under Location Details, so it's easy to check origin and destination without leaving the page.
