Monitor deliveries live

Last updated: October 14, 2026

The Deliveries page can show you more than a list of deliveries — it can show you their health at a glance, broken down by stage, so you can spot trouble before it piles up. This article covers opening Live Monitoring, reading the panel, and using it to jump into the deliveries that need attention.

Open Live Monitoring

Select the Live Monitoring button (the pulse icon) in the toolbar to open the health panel above your delivery list. Select it again to close it.

What the panel shows

The panel is a row of tiles, one per delivery stage: Pending Assignment, Pending Pickup, Pending Dropoff, and Dropoff Complete. Each tile splits its deliveries into three health counts — On Time, At Risk, and Late — shown in green, amber, and red by default. Those labels, colors, and thresholds can be configured per org, so what counts as "at risk" may look a little different depending on where you work.

Filter to the deliveries that need attention

The panel isn't a separate list to browse — it's a filter on the one you already have. Select a tile, or a specific health count within it, and your delivery list and map narrow down to just those deliveries. From there, select one to open it, same as anywhere else on the page. See read a delivery for what's in it.

Configure health status settings

With the panel open, select the Settings icon next to Live Monitoring to open Health Status Settings. There's a tab for each tile, and each tab has these settings:

  • Reference Time: the time a delivery is measured against. Choose Pickup Start Time, Pickup End Time, Dropoff Start Time, or Dropoff End Time.
  • Threshold (minutes) for the middle status (At Risk by default): how many minutes before the reference time a delivery moves into it.
  • Threshold (minutes) for the last status (Late by default): how many minutes after the reference time a delivery moves into it.
  • Label and Color for each of the three statuses. Leave them blank to keep the defaults. Colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, or gray.

A Preview shows how the tile will look as you change it. Select Save changes to apply. The settings are saved for your whole organization, so everyone sees the same tiles.

Until someone changes them, the tiles use these defaults:

Tile Reference Time At Risk from Late from
Pending Assignment Pickup Start Time the reference time 15 min after
Pending Pickup Pickup End Time the reference time 15 min after
Pending Dropoff Dropoff End Time 10 min before 10 min after
Dropoff Complete Dropoff End Time the reference time 15 min after

On the first three tiles, a delivery's status changes as time passes. On Dropoff Complete, it's set by when the dropoff actually happened.

To get alerted when deliveries change health status, use the Live Monitoring Status trigger in a workflow. See workflow triggers, conditions, and actions.

See find and monitor deliveries for how Live Monitoring fits into the rest of the Deliveries page.
