Create Delivery Windows

Delivery Windows in Nash allow you to define specific time slots for order pickups and deliveries. This feature helps you manage your delivery capacity and provide customers with convenient scheduling options.

Delivery windows are configured within a zone. Thus, to create delivery windows, you first need to have your zones created.

Creating a Delivery Window

  1. Log in to your Nash Portal account

  2. Navigate to Settings in the main menu

  3. Click on Zones

  4. Create new zone or click on an existing one

  5. Click on Settings>Locations>Zones, then Delivery Windows

Required Fields

When creating a Delivery Window, you must provide:

  • Date: The date for the Delivery Window (YYYY-MM-DD format)

  • Time Slots: Hours/Duration covered by this window (e.g., "06:00", "07:00")

  • Maximum Capacity: Number of deliveries that can be accommodated

Optional Settings

You can also configure:

  • Price: Specific fee for deliveries within this window

  • MOV: Minimum Order Value for that specific time window.

  • Cut-off Time: Deadline for customer bookings (in minutes before window starts)

  • Tags and metadata: fully flexible, add custom tags and/or metadata.

Managing Delivery Windows

After creation, you can:

  • Edit: Modify existing windows using the edit icon

  • Delete: Remove windows using the delete icon (irreversible)
