Nash enables you to personalize the delivery tracking experience for your customers through the Tracking Customization Page. By tailoring this page, you can establish a branded tracking interface that reflects your company's identity and enhances customer satisfaction. This guide will show you how to configure and optimize your tracking page.

Accessing the Tracking Customization Page

To access the Tracking Customization Page, navigate to Settings > Customization > Tracking.

Available Configuration Settings

Logo Upload

  • Purpose: To showcase your company logo on the tracking page.

  • Recommended Format: PNG file.

  • Recommended Size: 1024 x 1024 pixels.

  • How to Upload:

    1. Click the Theme option on the right-hand side.

    2. Select the upload area to choose your logo file.

Brand Color

  • Purpose: To apply your primary brand color to the tracking page elements.

  • Format: Hex color code (e.g., #FF5733).

  • How to Set:

    1. Locate the Brand Color field.

    2. Input your brand's hex color code.

Business Details

  • Purpose: To display your company's contact information.

  • Available Fields: Business name, address, phone number, and email.

  • How to Configure:

    1. Access the Business Details section.

    2. Fill in the required information.

Live Preview

The Live Preview feature lets you see how your tracking page will appear to customers in real-time. Use this tool to make adjustments and ensure the page meets your expectations before publishing.

Saving Your Changes

To implement your customizations:

  1. Review all modifications in the Live Preview.

  2. Click the Save changes button to finalize your settings.
