In most instances, the phone number of the driver is listed in the delivery details section under "Driver Info" on the delivery page. For Uber, only the dropoff location has the ability to reach out directly to the driver directly from the phone number associated with the delivery in Nash.
Some of our most-used providers have toll-free numbers monitored by their dispatch team. They can continue reaching out to the driver with your inquiry. When calling providers, they can pull up the delivery faster if you reference the delivery ID on the delivery details page.
