View invoices and billing history
Last updated: August 16, 2026
The Invoices table on the Billing page lists what Nash has charged you, with everything you need to pay, download, or check the status of a bill.
Note
Loading and managing billing is limited to organization admins.
Read the invoices table
Go to Settings ▸ Billing and find the Invoices table. Each row shows:
- Created — the date the invoice was issued.
- Description — what it covers.
- Amount — the total.
- Status — where the invoice stands (see below).
The header shows how many invoices are open and, when they're in one currency, the total owed and the earliest due date.
Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Settled — nothing owed. |
| Open | Issued and awaiting payment. |
| Draft | Not yet finalized. |
| Void | Cancelled; no payment due. |
| Uncollectible | Marked as unlikely to be paid — contact Nash if you see this. |
Pay, download, or get a receipt
Each row opens the matching Stripe-hosted page in a new tab:
- Pay — on an open invoice, pay it securely through Stripe.
- Receipt — on a paid invoice, view the receipt.
- Download PDF — save the invoice as a PDF.
For your complete history — every receipt, payment, and detail — open the Stripe Customer Portal from the card on the Billing page.
Where refunds show up
Billing doesn't have a separate refund screen. When a delivery is refunded, the outcome appears on the related invoice (and in the Stripe portal). To request a refund or check whether one is possible, start from the delivery:
How recurring charges work
Nash charges your default payment method automatically for your delivery usage, on the schedule in the payment authorization you agree to when you add a method. You can manage the details of that arrangement, and see upcoming and past charges, in the Stripe Customer Portal.
