Tracking Customization Configurations

The Tracking Customization feature enables Nash customers to personalize their delivery tracking page. When end users click tracking links, they'll see a branded, user-friendly experience that matches your company's identity. This guide covers the key configuration options available on the Tracking Customization page.

Access this page by Navigating to Settings > Customization >Tracking. Select Delivery tab on the top of the page, and Page button from the right hand side

Language Settings

Customize the tracking page language to serve your audience effectively:

  • Select from multiple supported languages to match your target market

  • If you are done making edits, select Save from the bottom of the page.

Configure Sections

To set up tracking components:

  1. Go to the Tracking Components section in your Nash dashboard

  2. Use toggle switches to enable/disable each component

  3. Check your changes using the Live Preview feature

  4. If you are done making edits, select Save from the bottom of the page.

Tracking Components

Configure which tracking components your end users can see. Toggle these components on or off based on your needs:

  1. Map: Show visual delivery route

  2. Pickup Location: Show pickup info & pin on the map

  3. Pickup Time: Show expected pickup time

  4. Show Dates: Show pickup and dropoff dates

  5. Dropoff Location: Show dropoff info & pin on the map

  6. Dropoff Time: Show expected dropoff time

  7. Dropoff ETA: Show dropoff ETA

  8. Poof of delivery: Show POD

  9. Driver Information: Share delivery driver details

  10. Driver Location: Show driver location

    Premium Features

  11. Delivery Status: Display current delivery progress

Social Media Integration

Connect your social media profiles to strengthen brand presence:

  • Add links to your social media pages

  • Choose which platforms to display (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Customize social media button appearance to match your brand

Branding Elements

Personalize your tracking page with your company's visual identity, by switching to the Appearance button on the right hand side.

  • Upload your company logo (PNG format, 1024 x 1024 pixels recommended)

  • Set your brand color using the hex code

  • Add business details including company name and contact information

To customize branding:

  1. Visit the Theme section

  2. Upload your logo

  3. Enter your brand color hex code

  4. Fill in your business information

Saving Changes

To implement your customizations:

  1. Review all settings in the Live Preview window

  2. Click Save changes to apply your configurations

By using these tracking customization options, you'll create a professional, branded delivery tracking experience that keeps customers informed and engaged throughout their delivery journey. Nash also enables SMS notification customization, helping you maintain clear communication at every step.
