Pre-Configured SMS Notifications

Nash provides automated SMS notifications to keep customers informed at key stages of the delivery process. By default, three SMS updates are enabled for each delivery: Pickup Complete, Dropoff Enroute, Dropoff Complete

These notifications are triggered by specific status updates from the delivery provider and sent to the designated drop-off phone number, usually the end customer.

Notification Details

Pickup Complete Notification

  • Sent when the status changes to "Pickup Complete."

  • Example Message:
    Your order from {{pickup_business_name}} has been picked up. Stay tuned for more text updates and track the delivery here: {{job_tracking_link}}.

Dropoff Enroute Notification

  • Sent when the status changes to "Dropoff Enroute."

  • Example Message:
    The driver is on their way. They should arrive by {{dropoff_eta}}.

Dropoff Complete Notification

  • Sent when the status changes to "Dropoff Complete."

  • Example Message:
    Your order from {{pickup_business_name}} has been delivered.

Customization Options

You can edit notifications to reflect your brand’s voice. Use these variables for personalization:

  • {{pickup_business_name}}: Name of the pickup business.

  • {{job_tracking_link}}: Unique URL for delivery tracking.

  • {{dropoff_eta}}: Estimated time of arrival.

Notification Management

To view or modify these default messages:

  • Go to Settings > Triggers.
