Nash offers a flexible notification system to keep your customers informed throughout deliveries. Use default notifications or customize them to fit your brand and customer expectations.
Default Notifications
Nash sends three default SMS notifications during these status transitions:
Pickup Complete, Drop-off Enroute, Drop-off Complete.

Multiple Communication Channels
Nash supports:
SMS: Default option for messaging. SMS notifications are already fully set up and ready to use—no API key configuration or Twilio credentials required. Nash uses a shared Twilio messaging service provisioned at the platform level. Simply create notification triggers to start sending SMS during deliveries.
Email: For detailed updates or summaries
Webhook: Integrate with your systems for in-app notifications
