Customizing SMS Notifications

Nash lets you modify standard SMS messages for delivery updates to align with your brand’s voice.

Steps to Customize SMS Messages

  • Navigate to Settings > Triggers.

  • Find the SMS notification you want to edit.

  • Select the notification to open the editor.

  • Update the Message field with your brand’s tone.

  • Use variables (in double curly braces) for dynamic information, such as:

    • {{org_name}}

    • {{pickup_business_name}}

    • {{job_tracking_link}}

  • Select Save to apply changes.
