Customizing SMS Notifications
Nash lets you modify standard SMS messages for delivery updates to align with your brand’s voice.
Steps to Customize SMS Messages
Navigate to Settings > Triggers.
Find the SMS notification you want to edit.
Select the notification to open the editor.
Update the Message field with your brand’s tone.
Use variables (in double curly braces) for dynamic information, such as:
{{org_name}}{{pickup_business_name}}{{job_tracking_link}}
Select Save to apply changes.
