Complete Batched Deliveries

Handle multi-stop deliveries with multiple pickups and/or dropoffs efficiently. Completing batched deliveries requires the same steps as 📄 Complete Single Deliveries, except that you will complete multiple pickup and/or dropoff steps.

Identifying batched deliveries

Batched deliveries contain multiple stops optimized for efficient completion.

• Look for deliveries showing more than 1 stop

• The Provider Organization sequences stops for optimal routing

• Complete each stop in the exact order provided

Follow the optimized route

The app guides you through each stop in sequence.

1. Start with the first pickup location

2. Complete all pickup requirements for each stop

3. Proceed to dropoff locations in order

4. Fulfill all requirements at each dropoff location

Complete each stop

Every stop in a batched delivery follows the same process as single deliveries.

• Navigate to the location

• Fulfill all required steps (scanning, photos, verification)

• Add notes if helpful

• Mark the stop as complete before proceeding
