Find your Created Delivery

After creating a delivery, follow these steps to locate and review its details for tracking or management.

Accessing Delivery History

  1. Select Deliveries on the left side of your screen to open the delivery history page.

  2. By default, all deliveries scheduled for today will appear. To view deliveries for another date range, use the date selector in the upper-left corner.

Finding Your Specific Delivery

  1. Navigate to the correct date.

  2. Scroll through the list, use the search function, or apply filters to find your delivery.

  3. Each delivery entry displays key information, such as pickup and dropoff locations, status, and creation time, for quick identification.

Viewing Delivery Details

  1. Once you find your delivery, select the three dots on the far right and choose Delivery Panel to open a summary in a side drawer.

  2. For more detailed information, select Delivery Details to open the full details page.

  3. On the Delivery Details page, you can view:

    • Provider details

    • Package information

    • Pickup and dropoff locations

    • Delivery timeline and status

    • Real-time map tracking (for active deliveries)

By following these steps, you can efficiently track and manage any delivery created in Nash.
