Create a Delivery Manually

Follow these steps to create a delivery efficiently in Nash:

Access the Delivery Creation Page

  1. Navigate to +Delivery > Create Delivery from the upper left corner.

Enter Delivery Information

1. Pickup Details

  • Pickup Address: Enter the validated address.

  • Pickup Business Name: Provide the business name.

  • Pickup Phone Number: Input a contact number for the driver.

  • Pickup Instructions (Optional): Add specific instructions for the driver.

2. Drop-off Details

  • Drop-off Address: Enter the delivery destination.

  • Drop-off Business Name/Recipient's Name: Indicate the recipient or business name.

  • Drop-off Phone Number: Provide a contact number.

  • Drop-off Instructions (Optional): Include specific drop-off instructions.

3. Package Information

  • Pickup Preference: Select Now or Scheduled.

  • Items Count: Enter the number of items to be delivered.

  • Package Notes (Optional): Describe the items.

  • Reference ID (Optional): Include for order tracking if needed.

  • Package Value: Input the total value of the items.

  • Driver Tip (Optional): Add a tip amount if desired.

  • Minimum Vehicle Size: Specify if a particular vehicle size is required.

  • Package Requirements: Indicate any additional needs (e.g., photo proof of delivery).

  • Package Dimensions (Optional): Provide dimensions for large or heavy items.

4. Dispatch Strategy (Optional)

  • Select the Dispatch Strategy dropdown.

  • Choose the appropriate strategy for your delivery needs.

Submitting the Delivery

  1. Review all entered information for accuracy.

  2. Select Submit at the bottom of the page.

    • If no dispatch strategy is selected, you must manually dispatch the delivery after creation.

Manually Dispatch a Delivery

After submission, your delivery will appear in the Nash dashboard. To view finalized details, navigate to the Deliveries page.
