Schedule a Delivery for Future Pick-Up Time

Nash enables you to schedule deliveries for future pickup times, providing greater flexibility and control over your delivery operations.

Creating a Scheduled Delivery

1. Access the Delivery Creation Page by selecting Delivery > Create Delivery in the main navigation menu.

2. Enter the pickup and drop-off details.

   • Use the format: [Number] [Street], [Second Line], [City], [State] [Zip Code], [Country] for the pickup address to ensure accuracy.

3. In the Delivery Details tab, select Scheduled instead of Now to set a future pickup time.

Setting the Future Pickup Time

1. Select your time zone from the dropdown options.

2. Under Pickup Time, set the desired future date and time.

   • If needed, specify a drop-off time to ensure the package arrives at a specific time. Nash will calculate the appropriate pickup time based on the drop-off.

   • Optionally, provide both a pickup start and drop-off end time to create a delivery window. Note: At least one of these fields is required.

3. Review all the entered details for accuracy.

4. Select Submit to confirm and schedule your delivery.

Important Notes

• At least one time constraint (pickup or drop-off time) is required when scheduling a future delivery.

• If the pickup time is too close to the current time (within 5 minutes past or 10 minutes future), Nash will automatically convert it to an immediate (ASAP) delivery.

• Providing both pickup and drop-off times ensures more accurate delivery estimations.

By following these steps, you can effectively plan and schedule deliveries, improving coordination and operational efficiency.
