Products and inventory overview

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The Products & Inventory page is where you browse the products your organization carries and the stock each store holds. It sits under the Context product in the portal.

Note

This is a beta feature. Reach out to Nash if you'd like early access.

Important

The portal is read-only here. You can browse, search, and filter your products and inventory, and push them to providers with the Sync buttons, but you can't create, edit, or delete products or stock on this page. The data arrives from your integration or a sync — Nash provisions how it flows in. Because of that, this page is about looking things up and syncing, not about managing pricing or editing records.

The page has two tabs: Product Catalog and Inventory.

Product Catalog tab

The Product Catalog tab lists every product across your organization, independent of any single store. Each row shows the product's image, Name, Description, SKU, Weight, Categories, Identifiers, and Attributes.

To focus the list:

  • Filter — the filter dropdown lets you narrow by Categories and Attributes (multi-select, with a count next to each value).
  • Search — the Search products… box matches products as you type.

Selecting a row opens the Product Details drawer — a read-only view of the full product record (identifiers, categories, attributes, barcodes, required skills, return policy, and any provider configurations). Its only action is Close. For what every field means, see store inventory field reference.

The Sync Product Catalog button pushes your products to providers — see sync products and inventory to providers.

Inventory tab

The Inventory tab shows the stock for one store at a time.

  1. Pick a store from the Select a store dropdown at the top left. Until you choose one, the tab shows a "No store selected" empty state.
  2. The store's inventory then appears as a table with the item's image, Name, SKU, Quantity, Price, Location (aisle, bay, and shelf), Category, and Status (In Stock or Out of Stock).

To focus the list:

  • Search — matches items in the chosen store.
  • Filter — the availability filter offers All Items, In Stock, and Out of Stock.

Selecting a row opens the read-only Inventory Item Details drawer, which adds the stock and per-provider pricing detail on top of the product record. Like the catalog drawer, its only action is Close. Every field is defined in store inventory field reference.

The Sync Store Inventory button pushes the store's stock to providers — see sync products and inventory to providers.

Where inventory also shows up

The same store-inventory table appears inside a pickup location, under its Store Inventory step, so you can review a single store's stock while working on that location. See the Locations documentation for setting up a pickup location.
