Sync products and inventory to providers
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Syncing pushes your products and stock out to delivery providers so they have the catalog and availability they need. There are two Sync actions on the Products & Inventory page — one for the whole product catalog, one for a store's inventory. Both open a dialog where you pick which providers to sync to.
Note
This is a beta feature. Reach out to Nash if you'd like early access.
Note
The provider list in both dialogs is limited to your Pick-and-Pack and Marketplace providers — those are the provider types that receive catalog and inventory data. If you expect a provider and don't see it, check its setup in Manage providers. What the provider does with the data after a sync is handled on Nash's side.
Sync the product catalog
From the Product Catalog tab, select Sync Product Catalog. In the dialog:
- Select one or more providers. The dialog notes that this pushes all products to the selected providers.
- Select Sync Products.
You'll see a "Sync initiated" confirmation. If you select Sync Products without choosing a provider, the dialog asks you to pick at least one first.
Sync store inventory
From the Inventory tab, pick a store, then select Sync Store Inventory. Because you've already chosen a store, this dialog syncs that one store: you just select the providers and choose Sync Inventory. It pushes all of the store's inventory items to the selected providers.
You can also sync several stores at once from the Store Locations list toolbar. In that version of the dialog you choose both:
- Stores — one or more stores to sync from.
- Providers — one or more Pick-and-Pack or Marketplace providers to sync to.
Then select Sync Inventory. The confirmation reports how many stores and providers the sync started for. As with the catalog sync, you have to select at least one provider — and, in the multi-store version, at least one store — before the sync will run.
Tip
The single-store dialog (from the Inventory tab or a pickup location) is the quickest way to refresh one store. Use the multi-store dialog on the Store Locations list when you want to push several stores in one go.
