Shift reports and the activity log

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Two tabs on the Shifts page help you review what happened: Reports shows planned versus actual shift times, and Audit Log records every change to a shift. Both are read surfaces — you review here rather than create.

Note

Fleet and the Shifts page are gated. Availability varies by organization — if you don't see it, reach out to Nash.

Reports

The Reports tab lists shifts with their planned and actual times side by side. Columns are:

  • Driver Name (or No Driver Assigned)
  • Planned Start and Planned End
  • Actual Start and Actual End
  • Total Planned and Total Actual — the planned and actual durations

Set the date range with the range selector at the top, and narrow the list with the Store Location, Zone, and Courier filters. The search box matches on driver, store, or shift name, and the refresh control reloads the data.

Note

The Reports tab is available to Nash superusers only, so most users won't see it. To pull shift data yourself as a spreadsheet, use Export on the Shifts tab instead — see schedule and edit shifts.

Audit Log

The Audit Log tab is the running record of who changed what. Each entry shows the date, the user, the object ID, the change type, and the shift it applies to. Filter the list by change type with the All types, Created, Updated, and Deleted tabs, or search across users, objects, types, and IDs. Select an entry to open its Event Details, including the resource, object ID, timestamp, and payload.

Note

The Audit Log tab is hidden if your access is scoped to specific locations.

For the shift calendar and creating shifts, see schedule and edit shifts; for an overview of the whole page, see manage shifts.
