Use Notes and Flags on Deliveries

Nash Notes and Flags help you manage and track important delivery information.
What are Notes and Flags?
Notes: Internal comments or details you can attach to a delivery. These won’t be shared with customers or drivers and are ideal for providing updates, context, or instructions.
Flags: Visual indicators to highlight deliveries needing attention or special handling. For example, flagging a delivery with "Fragile items" ensures it’s handled carefully.
Locating Notes and Flags
Select the Deliveries on the left sidebar to access delivery history.
Select a delivery to view its details.
Notes and Flags options are in the bottom left of the page.
Adding a Note
To add a note:
On the Delivery Details page, select Add a note in the bottom left.
Enter your comment in the text box.
Select Save to attach the note.
Using Flags
To flag a delivery:
On the Delivery Details page, select the flag icon in the bottom left.
Optionally, add a note explaining the reason for the flag.
Flagged deliveries appear in the Flagged View on the Nash history dashboard, making them easy to track and manage.
Viewing Notes and Flagged Deliveries
To view flagged deliveries:
Open the Nash history dashboard.
Select the Flagged tab at the top to see all flagged deliveries.
To view notes:
Open the Delivery Details page for the delivery.
Scroll to the Notes section to see all notes in chronological order.
Use Notes and Flags to enhance team communication, prioritize deliveries, and track special requests.
