Read driver notes on a delivery

Drivers can leave a note about a delivery — something worth flagging that doesn't fit anywhere else. You'll find it on the full details page, in the Provider tab's Driver Details section, alongside the driver's name and phone number. Notes From Driver

The Notes From Driver field is read-only — it shows whatever the driver or provider submitted about the delivery. If the delivery itself doesn't have a note, but the driver left one at a stop along the way, that note appears here instead.

There's nothing to fill in or reply to. It's simply a place to check for anything the driver wanted you to know.

If no note was left, this field won't show anything. (And until a driver is assigned, the whole Driver Details section shows "Driver information is not available yet" instead — see find provider and driver details.)

Not the same as your team's Notes

This is different from the Notes tab (also reachable as Open Notes from the drawer) elsewhere on the delivery. That's your own team's internal discussion thread — a place for teammates to leave notes for each other about the delivery. Notes From Driver, by contrast, comes from the driver, not your team, and you can't add to it or edit it.
