Find provider and driver details

The full details page has a Provider tab with everything about who's carrying a delivery — the provider handling it, the driver assigned, and, where it applies, the vehicle. It's grouped into a few collapsible sections.

Provider Details

The provider's name and its latest status, along with the provider's own delivery ID — with a copy button, handy when you need to reference the delivery in the provider's own system — and batch ID. You'll also see the pickup and dropoff ETAs the provider has reported.

If your org shows costs to operators, this is also where you'll find the delivery's price, with a breakdown of what makes it up.

Driver Details

Once a driver's assigned, this section shows their name, phone number — either a single number or separate pickup and dropoff numbers, depending on the provider — a tip amount, and a PIN verification code.

If the driver left a note, it appears here too. See read driver notes on a delivery for more on that.

If no driver has been assigned yet, you'll see a message saying driver information isn't available yet — check back once one's assigned.

Vehicle Details

For deliveries running on an internal fleet route with a vehicle assigned, a separate section shows the vehicle's type, make, model, and license plate.
