Contact Uber about a delivery

When using Nash for Uber deliveries, you may occasionally need to contact Uber directly. This guide will help you connect with Uber for assistance.

How to Contact Uber

  1. Find the delivery details page in your Nash dashboard.

  2. Look for the Driver Info section with the driver's phone number. Only the dropoff location can contact the driver directly using the number in Nash.

  3. If you can't reach the driver or aren't at the dropoff, use these toll-free numbers for Uber's dispatch team:

    • Uber US: 866-987-3750

    • Uber UK: +44 8081 897190

    • Uber France: +33 805088895

    • Uber AU/NZ: 1300 091 272

  4. Have the delivery ID ready when calling Uber. You'll find this on the delivery details page in Nash.
