  2. Find Driver Details: Look for the Driver Details section.

  3. Call the Driver: Use the listed phone number to contact the driver directly.

Using Roadie Chat Support (If You Can't Reach the Driver)

  1. Visit the Roadie Contact Page: Go to Roadie's Contact Form.

  2. Open the Chat: Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.

  3. Provide Your Information: Enter your first name, last name, and email address.

  4. Describe the Issue: Include the provider delivery ID in your message.
