The most effective way to update an order or inquire about specific deliveries is to contact the driver or delivery provider directly. Follow the steps below to locate the necessary contact information.

Contacting the Driver Directly

  1. Access the Delivery Details Page:
    Log in to the Nash portal and navigate to the Delivery Details page for the relevant order.

  2. Locate the Driver Info Section:
    Find the Driver Info section, which includes contact information.

  3. Find the Phone Number:
    The provider or driver's phone number will be displayed in this section.

    • Tip: Make a note of your order number to provide as a reference during your call.
