View an agent's reports

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Nash Agent is in closed beta. It's not generally available yet. Reach out to Nash to request access.

When an agent finishes a run, the files it produced — a summary page, a PDF, a spreadsheet of the deliveries it checked — are kept with that run. An agent's page puts those files front and center, so you can read the latest report, step back through earlier runs, and download anything you need without digging through a session transcript.

Open an agent's reports

Open an agent in Nash Agent. If its recent runs produced any files, the page opens on the Reports tab; if they didn't, it opens on Overview instead, and Reports shows No reports yet until a run produces something.

The Reports tab covers the agent's most recent finished runs, up to 15. A run that's still in progress appears once it finishes. Files created while chatting with an agent stay in that chat and aren't listed here.

Read a report

The Reports tab shows the newest report in the main area, with the date of the run it came from above it. A run list on the right shows each recent run with its date, the file formats it produced, and a file count.

  • Move between runs. Pick a run from the list, or use the arrows above the report to step to the previous or next run. The left and right arrow keys on your keyboard do the same. The arrows skip runs that produced nothing.
  • Spot the gaps. A run with no files is still listed, marked No artifacts. Selecting a failed run shows This run failed — no artifacts were produced.
  • Switch reports. When a single run produced more than one report, a menu showing the report's name appears above it so you can choose which one to read.
  • Switch formats. When the same report was written in several formats — for example HTML, PDF, and CSV — a row of format buttons lets you swap between them. The HTML version shows first when there is one, then PDF.
  • Make room. Use the panel icon at the right of the toolbar to hide the run list and give the report the full width, and again to bring the list back.

Browse every file in the Artifacts panel

Select Artifacts at the right end of the tab row, or All reports at the bottom of the run list. A panel opens beside the page — it doesn't cover what you were reading — with every file from the agent's recent runs.

  • Find a file. Type in Search files… to filter by file name, sort by Newest first, Oldest first, or Name, and, when the agent has produced more than one format, narrow the list with the format buttons.
  • Open a file. Select a file to open it in its own tab inside the panel. You can keep several files open and switch between them; the Artifacts tab takes you back to the full list.
  • Resize the panel. Use the expand icon at the top of the panel to give it the whole page, and the same icon to return to the side-by-side view. The close icon puts the panel away; the files you had open are still there when you reopen it, until you leave the agent's page.

Preview tables and spreadsheets

CSV, TSV, and XLSX files open as a table right in the page, so you can check the numbers without downloading the file first.

  • Workbooks with several sheets show a Sheet menu above the table. Pick a sheet to switch to it.
  • Long values are shortened to fit the column. Select a shortened cell to see its full contents.
  • Large files show only the first part of the data, with the note Preview truncated — download the file to view all rows and columns.

HTML pages, PDFs, images, and plain-text files also display in place. For any other format you'll see No preview available — download to open this file. The same previews appear when you open a file an agent shared in a chat.

Download a file

Select Download above the report on the Reports tab, or above an open file in the Artifacts panel. The file opens in a new browser tab: formats your browser can display, such as PDF, show there for you to save, and other formats, such as spreadsheets, save to your downloads.

If you see Couldn't refresh download link — try again., select Retry.

Tip

To have an agent's results sent to you instead of opening the agent each time, point the agent at a destination. See Configure an agent.
