Monitor your routes with an agent

Nash Agent is in closed beta. It's not generally available yet. Reach out to Nash to request access.
Route problems are cheapest to fix while a delivery is still in motion — before a late pickup turns into a missed window, or an unassigned stop turns into an angry customer. Catching them in time usually means someone watching every active route, which doesn't scale past a handful of drivers.
What the agent does
A route-monitoring agent watches your active routes on a short cadence and flags problems while they're still fixable. Depending on how it's set up, it might catch things like an unassigned driver, a late pickup, a dispatch delay, or a cluster of failed orders on the same route — these are examples of the kind of conditions an agent can watch for, not a fixed list. When it finds something, it surfaces it so your team can act, instead of letting it sit until a customer notices.
You stay in control
Flagged issues come to you — or to whatever channel you've pointed the agent at — along with what the agent found. The agent acts on its own only where you've allowed it to; anything beyond that waits for your review. See what Nash Agent is for how that balance of autonomy works across all agents.
What you can tune
A route-monitoring agent is built from the same levers as any other agent: the cadence it runs on, which conditions it watches for, and where alerts land. See configure an agent to adjust them.
