What Nash Agent is
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Nash Agent is in closed beta. It's not generally available yet. Reach out to Nash to request access.
Nash Agent is a set of AI agents that watch your delivery operations and act on what they find — so routine monitoring and follow-up happen without your team checking everything by hand.
How agents work
Each agent runs on a schedule (hourly, daily, or another cadence) or on a trigger — an event like a notification, a webhook, or a file upload. It does its job, then reports back. Some agents instead run manually, firing only when you ask. Some agents are built and managed by Nash out of the box; others your team builds and owns.
The Daily Brief
Every agent summarizes its work in a daily brief: what ran, what it found, and anything that's awaiting your decision. Instead of opening a dashboard and piecing it together yourself, you get one place that shows what your agents handled and what still needs a look.
You stay in the loop
Agents surface items that need a decision instead of acting silently. You control which actions an agent can take on its own, and which need your review first. See Configure an agent to set that up.
What agents can do
A couple of ways teams put agents to work:
Keep an eye on routes. An agent watches routes in progress and flags the ones that need attention. See Monitor your routes with an agent.
Check proof of delivery. An agent reviews delivery photos and confirms they hold up. See Verify proof of delivery with an agent.
