Personalize your account

Every signed-in user has a personal Account page that controls how the portal looks and behaves for you. These settings are personal — they apply only to you and don't change anything for your teammates.

Open your account settings

From the profile menu — your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar — select Account.

Personal preferences

On your Account page, under Personal preferences, you can set, just for yourself:

• Language — English, Spanish, or Polish.

• Timezone — used wherever a delivery, route, or report doesn't set its own.

• Date format and time format — 12-hour (2:30 PM) or 24-hour (14:30).

• Currency, and units for weight, distance, and dimensions.

Each preference starts at Use organization default and stays there until you change it. A preference you set applies only to you, takes precedence over your organization's default, and follows you across organizations. Your organization's settings are unchanged and stay the default for everyone else.

Profile details

The same page lets you update your own name and phone number — no need to ask an admin. Your sign-in email can't be changed here; contact support to change it.
