Customize your views
Last updated: August 3, 2026
The Orders and Deliveries dashboards show a lot of data by default. This article covers the four ways to shape that view around how you actually work: filtering to the rows you care about, choosing which columns show, narrowing the date range, and saving the combination as a view you can reuse.
Filter your dashboard
Open the filter panel on the Orders or Deliveries page and narrow results by fields like city, state, driving distance, or dispatch strategy. Filters apply immediately — the dashboard refreshes to match as soon as you set them.
Each dashboard also comes with standard tabs you can start from — the Orders dashboard groups work into stages like Needs Attention, Ready to Dispatch, and Dispatched, and the Deliveries dashboard has tabs such as Assigned and Flagged. Start from one and adjust the filters, or build your own from scratch.
Choose your columns
Select the two-column icon in the top right corner of the Orders or Deliveries page to open the column menu:
Add a column — select any column name that doesn't have a checkmark.
Remove a column — select a column name that has a checkmark to hide it.
Reorder columns — click and hold a column name in the menu, then drag it to a new position in the list.
Click outside the menu to apply your changes. There's no separate save step — the dashboard updates as soon as the menu closes.
Adjust the date range
Select the calendar button above the results table to set the time window for orders or deliveries. Choose a preset — Today, Next seven days, Last seven days — or pick a custom range by clicking dates directly on the calendar or entering start and end dates and times. The dashboard repopulates automatically once you confirm the range.
Times display in your current time zone. To change the time zone shown here, select the gear icon on the right-hand side of the page and choose a different one from the dropdown.
A narrow date range is a common reason a job seems to have disappeared — see Navigate the portal for how filters and date range interact with search.
Save and reuse a view
Once your filters, columns, and date range look the way you want, save the combination as a view instead of rebuilding it next time:
Select Views, then Add New View.
Name the view.
If you have permission to share views, set Visibility — just you, everyone in your organization, or everyone in the account. Most users don't see this option; their views stay private to them.
Save the view.
Saved views appear alongside the standard tabs on the Orders and Deliveries pages, with options to edit or delete them.
To keep a view one click away, pin it: open Views and select the pin icon on the view's row. Pinned views appear at the top of the page every time you log in.
