Returns

If a delivery fails or is rejected by the customer after pickup, a return may be required. When a package needs to be returned to the store, you must complete a specific process in the driver app to ensure the return is properly recorded in the system.

If a return is required, the driver app will include it at the end of your route.

Return Process

To complete a package return:

  1. Set the parking bay location (if applicable)

  2. Hand the packages back to the store

  3. Click "Mark as Returned" at the bottom of the driver app to close out the return

Completing returns properly is crucial - without it, the return will remain in an "in progress" state rather than being properly completed.
