Set up a Driver Group Operations user

A Driver Group Operations user is a scoped role that sees only the driver groups you assign them — along with those groups' drivers and routes. It's how you give a carrier, a sub-team, or a partner day-to-day control of their own groups without exposing the rest of your operation.

Driver-group access scoping is available depending on your Nash setup — availability varies by organization. Reach out to Nash if you'd like it enabled.

What the role can do

• Sees only its assigned driver groups, and the drivers and routes that belong to them.
• Monitors and completes the routes for those groups.
• Can't see or change driver groups, orders, or settings outside its scope.

The access scope for this role is driver groups — not pickup locations. Each user is limited to the groups you pick, and everything else stays hidden.

Set one up

You set the role and its scope where you manage your organization's users:

1. Open your organization's Users settings and add or edit the user.
2. Set their role to Driver Group Operations.
3. Select the driver groups this user should have access to.
4. Save. The next time they sign in, they see only those groups.

To change what a user can reach later, edit the user and adjust the assigned driver groups.
