Bonus Pay

Operation users on the portal can apply a bonus pay amount to deliveries for various reasons. Bonus pay can be applied at any time during or after the delivery, even before a driver is assigned, as to entice a driver to pick up the delivery.

This feature is not turned on by default. To activate, please contact your Nash Supply Operations Manager.

Find the Delivery

  • In the Nash Portal, open the Delivery Details of the Delivery you wish to apply the Bonus Pay to

Add Bonus Pay

  • Under the Provider Details section on the left, click the + Add Bonus button

  • Enter the amount of the bonus in dollars and SAVE
