Reporting in Nash

The Analytics tab in Nash provides actionable insights into your delivery operations. Use these reports to monitor and improve performance.

Accessing Analytics

View and filter reports with these steps:

• Open the Analytics tab in the Nash dashboard.

• Use filters at the top of the page to customize your view:

  • Date Range: Select a timeframe for analysis.

  • Date Grouping: Organize data by day, week, or month.

  • City: Focus on specific locations.

  • Pickup Business Name: Filter by package origin.

  • Dropoff Business Name: Specify delivery destinations.

• Select Apply Filters to update the data.

Pre-Built Reports

Quickly access key insights with these reports:

• Delivered Packages: Count and details of successful deliveries.

• Delivered Package Value: Total monetary value of delivered packages.

• Nash Reassigned Packages: Percentage of reassigned packages.

• Package Completion Rate: Completed vs. total packages.

• Active Pickup Locations: Unique pickup addresses with successful deliveries.

• Active Dropoff Locations: Unique dropoff addresses with successful deliveries.

Downloading Reports

To download a report:

• Find the desired report.

• Select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to it.

• Choose Download from the menu.
