Configure pickup labels
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Pickup Labels controls the ZPL label printed for pickup orders — which details show on it, whether it carries a barcode, and what that barcode encodes. You set it once and it applies to every pickup label your organization prints.
Important
These settings are saved as an organization-wide preference, not per store. Changing a toggle here changes the label for the whole organization.
The page
The page is split into a live preview on the left and the settings panel on the right. As you change a toggle, the preview redraws so you can see the label before saving. Use Download to save the preview image.
What to show on the label
Under Configure Sections, each toggle shows or hides a part of the label. They're all on by default.
Order Details — business:
- Show Business Name
- Show Business Address
Order Details — dropoff:
- Show Dropoff Business Name
- Show Dropoff Name
- Show Dropoff Address
- Show Dropoff Instructions
- Show Barcode
When Show Barcode is on, a Barcode Value select controls what the barcode encodes:
- Order ID (default) — the Nash order identifier.
- External Identifier — your own identifier for the order.
Premium Features
- Show Nash Logo — a premium option that isn't available to change. The toggle appears but is disabled, so you can't switch it.
Save
Save to apply the label settings across your organization. The preview reflects what will print; use Download if you want a copy of the sample label image.
