When managing deliveries through Nash, you may need to contact DoorDash directly about a specific delivery status. This guide helps you reach DoorDash support effectively.
Most delivery questions can be answered in the Nash portal, so only contact DoorDash for information unavailable through Nash or when direct intervention is needed.
Finding the DoorDash support number
DoorDash provides different support numbers based on location and account type. To find the right number:
Go to the delivery details page in the Nash portal and navigate to provider details.
Locate the "Customer Support" section.
Hover over the ℹ icon next to "Customer Support" for the phone number.
Follow the prompts for preferred language (1, for English)
Press 4 for DoorDash White Label Merchant.
Press 1 for Restaurant Merchant support.
Press 1 for catering orders, or 2 for non-catering orders.
Provide the Delivery ID and brief description of the issue.
If any changes were made to the delivery during your call, check the delivery status in Nash to ensure it reflects the most current information.
