Upload Delivery Windows Using CSV

This guide walks you through the process of creating individual delivery windows on specific days by uploading a CSV file.

Navigate to CSV Upload

  1. Go to Create

  2. Select CSV Upload

  3. Click on the Delivery Window CSV Upload option

Prepare Your CSV File

You have two options for preparing your delivery window CSV file:

  • Option 1: Select an existing window template that you have previously downloaded and edited

  • Option 2: Download the sample template, edit the information, and prepare it for upload

Upload and Preview Your CSV

  1. Select your prepared delivery window template file

  2. The system will display a preview of your CSV data

Review and Edit

  1. Check for any errors within the uploaded data

  2. Make necessary edits directly in the preview interface

Submit Your CSV

  1. Once you are satisfied with the information as it has been entered

  2. Click Next to queue the CSV file for upload

Post-Upload Options

After submission, you'll have two options:

  • Upload another CSV file

  • Return to the dashboard for another action

Check Upload Results

Once the CSV upload has been completed:

  1. You will receive an email with the status of your CSV upload

  2. If successful, you will receive a listing of the delivery windows that have been created

  3. If unsuccessful, you will receive a CSV file with a list of the failed delivery windows

Important Note

This process is specifically for creating individual delivery windows on given days. To create a delivery window template, please refer to the delivery template page.

Note: Using the CSV upload method allows you to efficiently create multiple delivery windows at once.
