Saving Frequently Used Drop-off Locations

Save frequently used drop-off locations in Nash to simplify order entry and improve delivery efficiency.

Adding a New Drop-off Location

  • Access Drop-off Settings
    Navigate to Settings > Locations > Dropoff.

  • Enter Location Details

    • Location Name: Choose a clear, recognizable name (e.g., "John's Bakery").

    • Address: Enter the full address.

    • Additional Information: Add any other required details.

    • Select Save to add the location to your list.

Managing Saved Locations

  • Edit a Location

    • Select the location to update details.

    • Save changes to ensure accurate deliveries if a client moves or information changes.

    • You can also adjust latitude and longitude for custom locations after Nash parses the address.

  • Delete a Location

    • Find the entry in your saved locations list.

    • Select Delete to remove it.

Using Saved Drop-off Locations During Order Entry

  • Start the order entry process as usual.

  • At the drop-off location field, select from your saved locations.

  • The system automatically fills in the address and related details, saving time and reducing errors.

By maintaining a current list of frequently used drop-off locations, you ensure fast, accurate order entries and streamline your delivery operations.
