Add or Edit a Zone

This guide walks you through the process of adding new zones or editing existing ones using the user interface.

Navigate to Zones Section

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Zones

Access Zone Management

At this point, you will see a list of all existing zones that have been previously configured.

You have two options:

  • Option 1: To edit an existing zone, click directly on the zone you wish to update

  • Option 2: To create a new zone, click the New Zone button located in the top right-hand corner

Configure Zone Details

Enter all relevant information for the delivery zone:

  1. Name

  2. External ID

  3. Local time zone

  4. Select which store locations should be eligible for this delivery zone to apply

Define Coverage Location

Set the coverage area for the zone using one of these methods:

  • Define by individual address components:

    • Country

    • State

    • City

    • Zip code

  • Define as an arbitrary polygon

Add Zone Metadata

Configure any additional metadata required for the zone that may have implications on:

  • Optimization settings

  • Other configurations

Save the Zone

Once you are satisfied with your zone configuration, click Next to save the zone

Note: Properly configured zones are essential for accurate delivery planning and optimization.
