Create a New Delivery Window

This guide walks you through the process of creating a new delivery window for a specific zone and timeframe.

Navigate to Delivery Windows

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Delivery Windows page

Select a Zone

You will see a list of all zones that have been created in the system. Click on the specific zone where you want to create a new delivery window.

Choose a Day

Once you've selected a zone:

  1. Navigate to the weekly calendar view

  2. Click on the relevant day you want to create the delivery window

Enter Delivery Window Details

Complete all the required fields for your new delivery window:

  • Window name

  • Application date

  • Time range

  • Customer-facing price

  • Maximum capacity

  • Minimum order value

  • Configurable metadata that may impact eligibility or optimization settings

Finalize Creation

Once you have entered all the necessary information:

  • Click Create Window to finalize the delivery window creation
