Upload Driver Shifts

This guide walks you through the process of uploading driver shifts using a CSV file.

Uploading shifts via CSV allows you to efficiently create multiple driver shifts at once, saving time on manual entry.

Navigate to Shifts

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Shifts

  3. Click the CSV Upload button

Prepare Your CSV File

You have two options for preparing your shifts CSV file:

  • Option 1: Select an existing CSV file with the shifts already defined

  • Option 2: Download the sample template, edit the information, and prepare it for upload

Review and Edit

After uploading your file:

  • Review the information relating to the shifts

  • Edit any information for shifts that were not uploaded successfully

Submit Your CSV

Once you are satisfied with the information, select Next to queue the CSV file for upload.

Check Upload Results

Once the upload is complete:

  1. You will receive an email with the status of your CSV upload

  2. If successful, you will receive a list of the shifts created

  3. If unsuccessful, you will receive a CSV file with a list of the failed shift creations
