Upload Zones Using CSV

This guide walks you through the process of creating zones in bulk by uploading a CSV file.

Using the CSV upload method is ideal for creating multiple zones at once, saving time compared to manual zone creation.

Navigate to CSV Upload

  1. Go to Create

  2. Select CSV Upload

Select Zones Upload

  1. Click on the Zones Upload CSV option

Prepare Your CSV File

You have two options for preparing your zones CSV file:

  • Option 1: Select an existing CSV file that's already prepared for upload

  • Option 2: Download the template provided by the system and fill it out

Upload and Preview Your CSV

  1. Select your prepared zones file

  2. The system will display a preview of your CSV data

Review and Edit

Using the CSV preview interface:

  1. Check for any errors that appear in the formatting

  2. Review all information provided in the CSV

  3. Edit cells directly in the preview if needed by hovering, selecting, and making adjustments

Submit Your CSV

  1. Once you are satisfied with the content of the CSV file

  2. Click Next to queue the CSV file for upload

Post-Upload Options

After submission, you'll have two options:

  • Upload another CSV file

  • Return to the dashboard

Check Upload Results

Once the CSV upload has been processed:

  1. You will receive an email confirming the result of the upload

  2. If successful, the email will confirm which zones were created

  3. If there were errors, you will receive a CSV listing the failed zones for correction
