Why are we not getting location updates from the Driver?

This can occur for a number of reasons. Follow these steps with the driver to re-enable location permissions.

  1. Check Location Permissions in the Driver App

    1. Click on Profile icon in top left

    2. Scroll down to and open Permissions

    3. Ensure Location permissions are Granted

  2. ANDROID - check internal settings

    1. Go to Settings > Apps

    2. Open Nash Driver

    3. Open Permissions

    4. Open Location

    5. Select Allow all the time

  3. Toggle the Active Switch in the Driver App

    1. Go to the Active tab

    2. Toggle Active Switch off and on

    3. This resets the driver status
