Why is the Driver not receiving Chat notifications?

Follow these troubleshooting steps when a driver is not getting notified of a new chat messages.

  1. Check to make sure phone is not on Do Not Disturb

  2. Check phone notification volume is up

  3. Check app Notification Permissions are set

  4. Send a test chat message to the driver

If driver receives a notification in their notification bar but still does not receive a sound, they should check sound settings to ensure they are enabled.

If no sound AND no notification is in the notification bar, reach out to Nash Support in Slack with the drivers account phone number and name. We will get an engineer involved to update the drivers settings.
