Why can't I add a New Driver to Fleet?

You may encounter an error when attempting to create a new driver. This guide should help you resolve most common driver creation issues

The server encountered an error. Please try again later.

This is usually caused by a duplication of a driver.

  1. Check if the driver already exists by switching from Active Only to All Drivers , then search for the driver.

    If they do exist, you can re-enable the driver.

  2. If a new driver is absolutely necessary, try creating the driver with a new email address using a plus code. For example, if the drivers email is driver@domain.com, change it to driver+1@domain.com

    This will ensure the driver still receives emails at their email address
