Why is my driver having trouble logging into Driver App?

Nash uses Auth0 to identify and correctly log in drivers to the driver app. If the driver is having issues logging in, follow these troubleshooting steps

Verify Driver Account

  • Check to make sure the driver has only 1 account in your org

    • Go to Fleet > Drivers

    • Make sure you have filtered for All Drivers

    • Search for driver in the search box

    • If the driver has more than 1 account, reach out to Nash Support as we may need to disable one of the accounts. Drivers can only have one account in order to successfully log in

  • Check that driver is attempting to log in with the proper phone number or email that is applied to their account

  • Have driver attempt other method of logging in, if applied to their account. For example, if they tried with email, ask them to attempt login with phone number

  • After exhausting the above efforts, please reach out to Nash Support to look into the login issue.
