View Your Invoices and Billing History

Accessing and understanding your billing information is simple with the Nash dashboard. Follow this guide to view, download, and analyze your invoices efficiently.
Accessing Your Billing History
Log In:
Log in to your Nash account.Navigate to Billing:
Click Settings at the bottom left of your dashboard.
Select Billing > Manage in the left sidebar.
View Invoices:
You'll see a list of all your invoices, sorted with the most recent at the top.Access Historical Invoices:
If you need invoices older than what appears in the list, scroll down to find the Historical Invoice download option to generate a report of older billing records.
Alternatively, contact the accounting team at accounting@usenash.com to request past invoices.
Viewing Invoice Details
Locate the Invoice:
Find the invoice you want to review from the list.
Open Receipt:
Click the View receipt link next to the invoice.
This opens a new tab with options to:
Download the itemized invoice.
View a receipt.
Export a detailed CSV file of the invoice.
Invoice Information
Each invoice includes key details such as:
Transaction Date Range: The billing period covered by the invoice.
Delivery Fees: Costs for completed deliveries.
Nash Platform and Orchestration Fees: Applicable service charges.
Refunds Granted: Any refunds processed during the billing period.
Taxes or Additional Charges: Breakdown of applicable taxes or other fees.
Additional Notes
Billing Frequency: Nash generates invoices weekly and charges the payment method on file automatically.
Invoice History: The billing dashboard displays recent invoices. For invoices beyond the visible date range, use the Historical Invoice download feature or email accounting@usenash.com.
Payment Management: Update or modify your payment method directly from the Billing section of your dashboard.
By keeping track of your billing details, you can ensure accurate financial management and a clear understanding of your delivery costs.
